Trackpoint scrolling and middle button on Windows

:!: binary, sources – this is patched tpmiddle program which clicks even when movement is registered (uses 200ms timeout to ignore click, same as X.org driver default). Can be and was compiled on Linux using MSVC 2010 compiler.

This was created because of really poor support of Trackpoint in Windows drivers.

Requirements:

Note: I am not sure what the driver numbering means, because older Vista Thinkpad had version 9.1.3.8 pre-installed, which also worked and was internally dated as 2006-11-17. The 9.1.3.7 is labeled in TXT file as 2008-11-18.

I have also tried Autohotkey script but it did not work with the all-in-one drivers.
